Description
Photograph caption dated March 30, 1971 reads, "Former Bailiff Alva Dawson. '...teach all those other young people...'" Written on the verso is "Alva K. Dawson. 'I would certainly hope this will teach all those other young people not to make trouble...not to go out and kill people." The comments were made have Charles Manson and three of his followers received the death penalty.
