Description
This is a photo of a Sacramento Army Depot officer giving a presentation on the SuperTester on behalf of the U.S. Army. The SuperTester was a high speed machine designed to test individual components as well as performance of electrical and electronic equipment. It was most known for testing resistance, impedance, continuity, leakage, frequency and voltage.
