F. Tesmer, left, at the Van Nuys police station. St. Nick was being held after police found him sitting with five youths in a parked car at Sunnyslope avenue and Hesby street, Van Nuys, shortly before midnight Saturday, [sic] The youths admitted stealing Santa but no sooner had the Eagens taken it home when police discovered it belonged to someone else. The Eagens returned Santa to police. Their 'twin' Santa is still missing."
