Jack Runyon, radio executive, buys a $1000 war bond and gets two seats for the U.S. Treasury-sponsored premiere of "Yankee Doodle Dandy," at the Warner Bros. Hollywood Theater. Selling the bond is Mrs. T. B. Blakiston of the Naval Aid Auxiliary, as Howard D. Mills, of the War Savings staff, left Actress Una O'Conner and Jean Hacker, right, watch.
