The Wolfskill Ranch's orange grove. Seen is John C. Wolfskill, the brother of the owner. Wolfskill's original ranch covered approximately 165 acres and was bounded by Alameda, San Pedro and 9th streets. The main entrance was 239 Alameda. Later all but seven acres were subdivided.
