This documentary short subject produced by the Extension Division of the University of California and the Physical Education Department for Women, University of California, Berkeley describes and demonstrates correct technique for springboard diving. The diving footage features Hearst Memorial Gymnasium for Women in the foreground, Cowell Memorial Hospital (demolished 1993), and a historic view of the Campanile in the background.
