Long rows of small, prefabricated wooden buildings line both sides of the road. The bulidings are all alike and have a door flanked by two windows and a small covered porch. Rows of young palm trees are planted between the buildings and the road. Two men with a ladder can be seen in the foreground at right, while another painter stands near several cans of paint at left. A city can be seen in the background, and a blimp is visible over the city.
