Photograph caption dated February 6, 1958 reads "Charles E. Green Jr., 26, of Santa Ana, lies on ground as firemen and civilians try to comfort him. At right is officer Edward Slattery of Valley division. Green managed to free both himself and his passenger from wreckage of whirlybird at Whiteman Airpark."
