Chamie, right, presents American flag to members of newly organized North Pacoima Post 596 in behalf of Valley's 20th District. Left to right are McGary Edwards, finance officer of new post, Roy E. Armstrong, commander 29th District; Richard Bankhead, assistant chaplain; William B. Patterson, post adjutant, and Department Commander Chamie. Presentation was made during 20th District meeting at Studio City Post 467 Legion hall."
