Description: Valdes requested a grant of agricultural land for sowing crops measuring 1300 varas and described as contiguous to the lands of Manuel Gutierrez and to the lands previously sowed by Antonio Reyes but presently vacant. Valdes was granted a parcel 200 varas square.
