Description
Lease agreement terms for a land lease between Masao Shimono and Dominguez Estate Company for 20 acres of the M. R. Dominguez acre allotment of Rancho San Pedro south of 190th Street and west of Hawthorne Boulevard. Lease begins November 1, 1937 and ends October 31, 1938. Additional handwritten notation are present on both the first and second pages.
