Description
San Jose Mayor Tom McEnery issued the city's first gay pride proclamation. Members of BAYMEC (Bay Area Municipal Elections Committee) surround the proclamation. Standing left to right are: Supervisor Dianne McKenna's Aide, Alice Sicular; San Mateo County Supervisor Tom Nolan; Paul Wysocki, Wiggsy Sivertsen; Ken Yeager; Ron Taylor; Don Sloan; Rick Rudy; San Jose Councilwoman Blanca Alvarado; (kneeling) Richard Kendall and Arthur Morris.
