Description
Lupe Aviles (photo donor's mother and previous married name Rivera) is being honored as Mother and Queen of the Year 1976 by Club Ignacio Obregon. The event was held at the Santa Maria Center (C.Y.O., Catholic Youth Organization) in East Los Angeles.
