This is an audio recording of the question and answer portion of the second in a series of lectures by Drucker, given on October 17, 1989. The questions have Drucker covering topics such as judging the productivity of knowledge workers, the future of the information specialist, the building of the Egyptian pyramids, organized abandonment, and aspirin. At one point he says “the amount of ignorance …always exceeds the amount of knowledge, by a million magnitudes”. He also describes the processing systems of the Department of Motor Vehicles. When members of the audience ask questions, they are difficult to hear.
