Description
This is tape 5, side a, from day two of the 1990 Annual Drucker Symposium. The theme of Drucker’s lecture is “unbundling the organization.” Drucker discusses executive redundancy, income differentials, job satisfaction versus promotion, understanding the dynamics of technology, and changes in manufacturing. Drucker goes on to describe an axis of customer, technology, and production when the recording cuts out.
