Description
Photograph of a side view of the S.S. Ohio, during the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce's voyage, moored in Honolulu, Hawaii, 1907. The side of the ship shows two masts with a series of flags attached to ropes which are hanging from the poles. One of the flags is noticeably larger than the others which serves as a sign that reads backwards: "Los Angeles Chamber of Co[?]". In the center of the ship, auxiliary boats are visible above deck and the chimney pipe with a star on it. In the foreground, a wooden platform which seems to be a dock and a mass of water covers this area. In the far background, to the right, the top of several masts are partially visible along with mountain silhouettes, and to the left, a small boat and water that extends into the horizon is observable.
