Description
One of the city's ubiquitous mini-malls, Encino Place was built in the late 1980s at the corner of Ventura and Woodley. This mini-mall features clothing, accessory, health, beauty, and kids' shops, as well as several restaurants; and as if that weren't enough, it even boasts of an outdoor recreation area with a carousel.
