Peter Drucker lectures to his students in an executive management course. Topics discussed during his lecture include: contributions and making a difference, Henry Ford’s change in business practices, the fast and vital changes in accounting, knowledge workers and converting information into data, owning the means of production, effective knowledge through specialization, the control of media by the Chinese government, Toyota and the market, Robert Hutchins and the University of Chicago, George Marshall and his military leadership, assignments and people decisions, performance and compensating for people’s weaknesses, team building, strengthening subordinates, and judgment.
