Tinted lantern slide featuring the contents of a gift parcel hung up outside the mission house of the Congo Balolo Mission in Mompono, including clothing, beads and bags. Letters are also strung up, spelling: "ALL ONE IN CHRIST JESUS." This slide may have originally been the first slide of a set called "Congo Parcel." This slide comes from a collection generated by missionaries working for the Congo Balolo Mission, a mission begun in 1889 under the supervision of the East London Training Institute for Home and Foreign Missions that developed into the interdenominational evangelical mission Regions Beyond Missionary Union after 1900.
