Photograph caption dated April 24, 1964 reads, "Bert Moffatt of Van Nuys, chairman of the State Planning Advisory Committee and master of ceremonies, speaks at the dedication of the new Los Angeles County Probation Building at 14414 Delano St., Van Nuys. Among those attending the dedication ceremonies was Warren M. Dorn, chairman of the County Board of Supervisors."
