Photograph caption reads: "A truly terrible tragic accident happened on the set of the 'Twilight Zone' that has changed my life. This doesn't change that, and I'm grateful for the jury who I felt very sorry for a lot of this time, and mostly I'm relieved." Photograph dated May 30, 1987.
