Appears to have been filmed in Houston? Community meeting at St. Joseph's to demand justice for Joe Campos Torres and to protest police brutality. Speaker [?] Morales, a member of People United to Fight Police Brutality, talks about getting organized and securing convictions, planned march from St. Joseph's to the Federal building, demands on City Council. Followed by interviews with attendees. Barrio Expressions was a community access television show documenting Chicanx and Latinx life in the East San Francisco Bay Area. It ran on Hayward cable television from 1976-1985. While the shows were filmed primarily in the Hayward area, they include stories from around the East Bay and San Jose.
