Los Angeles City Hall can be seen in the background, and a stage is set up on the main steps at center. Several men and women are visible on the stage, including two women at a microphone near the front. Tall trees and plants can be seen on either side of the stage. In the foreground, a large crowd is gathered. It is mostly made up of men wearing suits and hats. A motion picture camera can be seen on a tripod on the roof of an automobile in the foreground at left.
