Description
Cenro Penal de Apanteos, Santa Ana, El Salvador. Outside in the cell block. A young man of Hispanic origin stares with a hostile sad look at the camera. He has an indecipherable tattoo across his forehead, and a tattoo of a cross on his left hand
on his right hand ids a tattoo of a heart. He hears a gray tee shirt and is squatting down
he wears a mustache. Behind him two or three men are standing, their faces not visible. About 3 pm.
