Judy Delbeck, 17, left, co-chairman, will be attached to a savings and loan association; Velma Porter, 17, will be manager of a blind aid organization and Marlyn Mason, 17, right, will be San Fernando city planner. Seated is Scarlett Scott, 17, co-chairman making appointments."
