3 images. San Pedro stabbing, 03 March 1952. Sergeant Francisco Reclosado (suspect) Officer Don Marshall (with knife used). Supplementary material reads: "Gershon. City desk. Illus. San Pedro stabbing. Angered by his wife's declaration she was 'through and leaving him', Sergeant Francisco Reclosado, 46, United States Army, of Camp Roberts, stabbed her 7 times, five in the abdomen, two in right arm and hand following quarrel in their Hotel Apartment, 110 West Sixth Street, San Pedro. She is a Puerto Rican beauty, Gloria, 26. He was booked on suspicion of Assault with a Deadly Weapon (ADW) and she is in Harbor General Hospital in critical condition. On stretcher is Gloria Reclosado, 26, Doctor B. J. Korn, Nurse Eula Sperry, and Ambulance Attendant Everett Jenkins. Officer Don Marshall is shown holding knife used on wife, a meat cleaver with which Reclosado attempted suicide and a butcher knife found in the apartment. Beside Marshall is Sergeant Francisco Reclosado".
