Passengers exit the train at a stop near a bus and neighborhood in Chihuahua. In the foreground, a woman walks with a child in one hand and a bag in the other. The 80's were considered the "lost decade" because of Mexico's debt crisis. This was due to the falling oil prices that left Mexico without foreign currency to pay off its $80 billion debt.
