Photograph caption dated August 11, 1961 reads "Junior Committee of the Women's Division of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce will launch a three-day leadership training program for women's organization representatives Sept. 25 in Mayor's conference room at City Hall in Los Angeles. Valley members of Steering Committee include, from left, Mmes. Norton G. Beach, Encino; Frank Taft, Studio City, and Wilbur Layman, North Hollywood. Mrs. Kline M. Dolan of Glendale is committee chairman."
