Description
Photograph of workers packing crates of cantaloupe in Imperial Valley, ca.1910. Six men stand in a line placing cantaloupes into small, wooden crates. Many crates are stacked in the right foreground while bins of loose cantaloupes stand at left. What appears to be grass hangs down from the roof above them. With no back wall a wooden carriage can be seen in the right background.
