Photograph caption dated February 27, 1956 reads, "Trying to select a winner are, left to right; Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Firestone and Mrs. W. P. Roth (Lurline Matson) of San Francisco. Many of celebrities were guests at luncheon given by Dr. and Mrs. Charles Strub." This was taken in the President's Room at the Santa Anita Park Turf Club.
