Description
Two glass tubes connected at a right angle, one of uranium glass (yellow). The uranium tube has 8-pin loctal socket. The other tube has 4 flying leads and a fifth wire attached at the center of the tube. Appears to be an experimental tube for Sylvania to test patent no. 2,200,911 for sealed lead-in wire for "cathode tubes and the like." On glass: Sylvania mark and logo; "VG-1A Distillation Products Inc. Pat. No. 2,200,911" and "57".
