Lynch, left, Los Angeles director of civil defense, invites Hawaiian entertainers Princess Luana and Johnny Ukulele to perform at first 30-a-month awards banquet which will honor outstanding civil defense workers tonight at City Hall. Estimated 200 Valley volunteers have been invited."
