Photograph caption dated February 11, 1960 reads, "Little Judy Simmons, 2, consults nurse Bea Galvin at North Hollywood Receiving Hospital on best way of curing her injured finger which she hurt when she fell out of her mother's moving car at Victory boulevard and Vineland avenue in North Hollywood. Her mother, Mrs. Durwood Simmons, of North Hollywood, was turning the corner when Judy fell out. She had only a minor bump on the head and that hurt finger."
