Description
San Pedro and Jackson Streets in Little Tokyo on October 28, 1941, in the shadow of City Hall. The area was gripped by an atmosphere of tension following Secretary Knox' statement that a Pacific war "is inevitable" and Premier Tojo's "we must go on" declaration.
