Description
In this audio recording George Odiorne talks about his audio book, “Objective-Focused Management.” This is the first part of a two-part discussion entitled “From Strategic Goals to Operational Objectives.” He begins by describing that the president of a company should be responsible for goal setting and defining objectives. He talks about how good communication on all levels of a company is essential to improve goal setting. He discusses ineffective strategies for running a company. Odiorne describes the major role of a good boss. He ends the tape by talking about how to use different objective strategies for various business scenarios.
