Description: Photograph article dated March 20, 1961 partially reads, "Changes bring progress and changes bring new men in all fields. Shooting is no exception. The Burbank Police Range is the change and the man is Officer Bill French. French, a policeman for eight years, is a shooter and sportsman. An avid hunter, French is the new rangemaster with the first duty of instructing the patrol officers of the department in the use of combat shotgun."
