Description
Cover letter for an accompanying bill from Deutsche Wochenschau for laboratory costs for the footage taken of Queen Elizabeth and Chancellor Erhard, the operations memorandum sent to the USIA from Bonn with the invoice, and the cable sent to Bonn that day noting BH would pay the firm for the costs. He suggests sending the check to the attention of A.C. Boase, Film Officer, in Bonn since he wrote the operations memorandum and knows more about the transaction than any one else there.
