They "conventrated" Cologne. When they bombed British towns the Luftwaffe called it "conventrating." On May 30th over 1,000 British bombers dropped the biggest load of bombs in history, on Cologne. But, unlike the Luftwaffe, the R.A.F. do not dump their bombs blindly - they attack German war industry with the clear object of weakening the German Army in the East ...
