View of two-story building in Santa Maria with signage at top "Hart House 1888." "Hotel Bradley" sign at front entrance. Shows Greek-revival style building used as a hotel, first named the Hart House, after Reuben Hart, a prominent pioneer of Santa Maria. Dominating the foreground is a railroad work car with "Pacific Coast" and a number 2, and a baggage and express railroad car with a number 300.
