Photograph caption dated January 6, 1957 reads, "Suspect arrested - Richard Webb, Marine Corps private, right, was arrested on suspicion of murder early today by officer Robert Schneider, North Hollywood Division. Webb is accused of strangling 37-year-old Martin Joseph Paes last Dec. 29 at Dana Point in Orange County."
