Photograph was edited for publication purposes In 1963, the Burbank Ballet Association was renamed the Classical Ballet Foundation. Photograph caption dated December 20, 1961 reads, "Ballerina Patrice McCoy and her partner, Richard Faulkner, practice a stance from 'The Nutcracker' ballet, which they will perform at 8:15 p.m. today at the John Burroughs High School Auditorium, 1920 Clark Ave., Burbank. The free performance is being presented by the newly-formed Burbank Ballet Association. The company, which consists of youngsters age 10-18, will also present 'The Nativity Scene' as part of its debut program." Patrice McCoy is instructor of the ballet program sponsored by the Burbank Ballet Association.
