Photograph caption dated March 14, 1956 reads, "Discussing newspaper work as career are, from left, Roberta Thompson, Sheila Smith, Harriet Cohen, Lorelei Caleagno, Gerry Turpin of Valley Times women's department, Margaret Hill, Janaan Olson, Gay Aldrich and Marilynn Kessler. Girls were guests of Valley Times during observance of Girls' Week. All are journalism students studying at North Hollywood and Canoga Park High Schools. They toured newspaper's plant, observed daily operation."
