View of the water tower at Haiwee, largest of the City's 28 reservoirs which hold in reserve the water that serves a territory of 440 square miles and 1,500,000 persons. Haiwee has a storage capacity of 20,000,000,000 gallons of water. Photo date: March 30, 1929.
