In this letter Carolina Biquard writes to Peter Drucker to inform him that she has set a date for her retirement as the head of Fundación Compromiso. When she announced her plans to the Board she was faced with some issues. The candidate for the future Chairman declined the position at the last minute and four key Board members resigned for personal reasons. However, despite these obstacles, she feels that both her and the remaining Board members were able to work out successful solutions. She goes on to explain to Drucker her future career plans, which include building a film production company that focuses on social documentaries. She ends by congratulating Drucker on his recent award from HSM.
