Description
A receipt issued by California Mutual Life Insurance Company for the payment to continue insurance. It was mailed to Kiku Saito while she was incarcerated in the Granada camp. The payments were being paid by her daughter, Fumiko Saito. Her bank statement (csudh_sai_0157) records her payment.
