Peter Drucker writes Mrs. Kidd saying that he is very sorry that he cannot have dinner together, and congratulates Kidd on her news. He informs her that he is finished with his book and that he hopes to get it to publishers in New York, London, Germany, and Japan. He goes on to say that Kidd may throw out all of the spare copies that she has been keeping for Drucker over the last two years unless she hears from him to the contrary. The letter contains Drucker's original handwritten notations and signature. The letter also contains notations by a second hand on the back of the page. In addition, the back side scan was rotated 90 degrees clockwise.
