Description
A circa 1930 piece hotel stationary from the Hotel Sacramento, located on 10th and K Street. The hotel was constructed under the direction of Alden Anderson around 1909. It was constructed by the Ransome Concrete Company, who was also responsible for the construction of the Western Pacific Depot on 19th and K street. While the opening of the hotel was delayed, the dining-room was operational and receiving guests while the rest of the floors were still under construction. The hotel was initially leased for ten years to Alfred J. Bettens, who took up the position of hotel manager.
