Title supplied by cataloger. The $15 million, 45-acre Fashion-Square project includes a 300,000-square-foot Bullock's store, designed by Pereira & Luckman with C.L. Peck Construction Co., general contractor. With 300,000 square feet on three levels and a service basement, Bullock's Santa Ana is the largest of the 32 businesses located within the Fashion Square. Other major tenants include, J. J. Haggarty, I. Magnin, Desmond's and Security-First National Bank. The over-all theme of Fashion Square is early Spanish California, combined with Modern architectural lines. In all, Fashion Square is comprised of eight buildings, parking for 3300 cars surrounds the center, and regular employment by all stores total approximately 1100.
