Photograph caption dated October 16, 1958 reads, "Lewis W. Imm, president of Liberascope [sic] Inc. of Glendale, left, accepts Navy’s highest civilian from Rear Admiral Grover B. H. Hall, USN. Imm received Navy Distinguished Public Service Award for outstanding contributions to naval ordnance engineering.”
