A large wooden platform, which appears to be the dock, showing a crowd of people and large buoys is visible from a view aboard a ship an auxiliary boat is noticeable hanging from the ship. The dock's end is viewable in the foreground with young boys sitting on its lower edge. Three boats can be seen in water and located in front of the dock. In the left, a long wooden fence runs along the dock. Behind it, more water is observable, showing a small man-made island with a cabin and an oil tower, a small boat, and a large sailing vessel.
